Barbara Abdeni Massaad is a food writer, TV host and award-winning cookbook author. She is a founding member of Slow Food Beirut and an active participant in the International Slow Food movement. She lives in Beirut with her husband and three children.
All proceeds from every book sale of this edition will be donated to the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) to help fund life-saving relief efforts to Syrian refugees.
