Cancelling an Order

As an EU consumer, you have a legal right to cancel an Order under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. If you change your mind (or for any other reason you decide you do not want to keep your order), you must tell us that you wish to cancel within 30 days of receiving the goods. You may also cancel your order before the goods have been dispatched.

If you would like to cancel your order, there are two ways to notify us:

    You may wish to keep a copy of your cancellation form for your own records.

    If you send your cancellation form by e-mail or by post, then your cancellation is effective from the date you sent the e-mail or posted the form.

  3. By Telephone

    If you call to notify us of your intention to cancel, then your cancellation is effective from the date you telephone.

Once we have received notification of your intent to cancel your order, we will complete the cancellation of your order and (subject to any payment having already been taken from you) will refund the original purchase price and a standard delivery charge (where appropriate) by the original payment method within 14 days. If your cancellation / exchange request is received after your order has been dispatched or collected from the Click and Collect collection point, you must return the item(s) within 14 days of notification of that cancellation. We will process any refund within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s) or proof of postage of such.

Except in the case of faulty items, products must be returned in a saleable condition, meaning that they are unused and in their original packaging, with garment tags and any other security tags or seals still attached and intact. In the case of items which are protected by hygiene seals (such as lingerie, earrings and cosmetics), you are required to take reasonable care by not removing these seals. We reserve the right to assess the condition of any product returned to us and will be unable to provide a full refund if there are indications that the product, its tags, security devices or seals have been used, removed, broken or tampered with. We reserve the right to reduce the refund to reflect the diminished value of the goods.

Returns and Refunds - Online Purchases only

  1. By Post

    Please fill out the refund/exchange form enclosed with your order, indicating the description, quantity and reason for the item to be returned. Please also indicate whether you would like the item to be exchanged or refunded.

    Once complete, please package up the items to be returned and send them to the following address:

    If returning your items via this method, it is recommended that you obtain a free certificate of posting from the Post Office, as we cannot be held liable for any returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. We will refund reasonable costs of postage for any items returned for refund or exchange. This cost cannot exceed the actual cost incurred by us in posting the items to you without our prior consent, and is not applicable in the case of items collected by Click and Collect or when returning an item to us in person

    Once the returned items have been received by us, we will process the return and refund the original purchase price by the original payment method within 7 days. If you return an entire order, we will also refund the original delivery charge that was paid (unless you received your order via our Click and Collect service, in which case no delivery charge was made, so no refund for delivery will be necessary).

    If you have requested an exchange, the item(s) will be delivered to your original nominated address free of charge. Please allow 14 days for the request to be processed and the delivery to be made.

  2. In-store

    Unfortunately, we are unable to refund orders paid for by PayPal in-store. You are however welcome to bring the items you wish to return to the till point in Home Accessories – the assistant will ensure that the item(s) are sent straight to the Returns department, who will process the return and refund the appropriate amount to your PayPal account within 14 days of receipt. Alternatively, you may return your item(s) by post using the method detailed above.
